This was fueled by her coupled interest in sales and marketing through her childhood experiences with her mother in selling “ipon” (Glossogobius giuris), a seasonal and prized fish in the Philippines caught at the coastlines of Santa, Ilocos Sur, her homegrown town. Seeing the joys and smiles of her mother even after a day’s walk under the scorching sun, inspired her to pursue her dream as a successful business woman, and so she did and ventured in the business of real estate. In the world of real estate, she expresses artfully her belief that a house is different from a home. Her areas of expertise include project contract and documentation, planning, goal setting and recommendation, space utilization, transaction management, loan and financial structuring and liaising.

Noradel “Nora” Manzano, Realtor, arrived on the Garden Island of Kauai in 1998 from her place of birth, the Philippines. She is a graduate of Kapa’a High School and successfully completed her Associates’s Degree in Computer Business Administration at Heald College in Honolulu. Nora began her professional career acquiring skillsets through various workplace opportunities such as mechanical plan reading for a local plumbing company, learning commercial building systems at a facilities maintenance service provider and as a property manager at Colliers International for the past nine years overseeing industrial, office and retail properties. Each experience contributed to her pathway to the residential real estate industry.
Earlier this year, Nora did in fact transition into the residential real estate industry and has hit the ground running! Through hard work, dedication and a tireless work ethic, she has had the privilege of helping many people purchase their first-time homes as well as working with families looking to upgrade or downsize to meet their economic or personal needs and move-in to their new homes. Dana Manzano, Realtor-Associate, was born and raised in the Philippines before relocating to Honolulu during her middle school years. She graduated from Farrington High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu. Before embarking on her real estate career, Dana gained valuable customer service experience in retail, which honed her skills in patience, resilience, and teamwork.
In 2019, after graduating from college, Dana was inspired to pursue real estate when she witnessed the emotional moment of her mother handing over keys to a client. This experience sparked her passion for the industry, leading her to obtain her real estate license. Since then, she has been dedicated to following in her mother’s footsteps, excelling in her field with determination and focus.
Dana began by managing transactions alongside her mother but soon expanded her role to work directly with clients.
